Curriculum
Montfort School, a complete residential school, was founded in the year 1917. The approach towards education in Montfort School is truly holistic as we view education as a transformative force that goes much beyond mere transference of information and knowledge from teacher to pupil. It is a comprehensive process that aims at helping the children studying here to integrate knowledge, skills and positive attitude which will result in the development of the students’ self-confidence, self-discipline, creativity and leadership.
To achieve this objective, the institution offers a wide range of human and infrastructural resources. The students are encouraged to explore, investigate and seek answers for themselves and the teachers are encouraged to be innovative in their classroom approach, facilitate the learning of the students and most importantly become learners first. We believe that learning is a joyful experience for the child as well as the mentor.
ICSE
Montfort School (ICSE) focuses on the intellectual, physical, psychological and spiritual development of its students. The school caters to the educational needs of students from Grade III. The school follows the ICSE syllabus from Grades III to X, prescribed by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi.
